Recovered from the wreck of the Nuestra Señora de Atocha — the legendary Spanish galleon lost in a 1622 hurricane off the Florida Keys — this iron spike is a tangible relic of one of history's most storied maritime disasters. Salvaged by Mel Fisher's team after a 16-year search that culminated in the 1985 discovery of the main treasure site, each artifact carries with it the weight of four centuries beneath the sea.
