Return / Refund Policy
If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with an item you purchased, you can request a refund by calling the store at (800) 434-1399. Once the item is approved for return, you can ship it back to us. All returned items must be sent back within thirty days from the day of purchase to the address below. Merchandise must be in the original packaging and in the exact same condition as received. A copy of the original receipt must be attached. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any signs of wear or use of an item will disqualify the item for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within five to ten business days. We only replace items if they are defective and sent back to us within thirty days of the original purchase. You can request an exchange by calling the store at (800) 434-1399. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
