I was in Key West 20 years ago when i first experienced Mel and his treasure. I could not afford the real deal then so i bought a look a like. Ever since i have been a big fan of his story and with his treasure. I was not leaving Key West this time with out a pice. Love it and have not taken it off. I have wanted an Atocha coin to wear on a necklace for at least 15 to 20 years. My bucket-list wish finally came true when I traveled to Fort Lauderdale and decided to rent a car and drive to Key West. I toured the museum and, of course, shopped in the gift store.
The first coin medallion I picked up immediately spoke to me. Even though I looked at several others, I kept coming back to the original one that caught my attention from the very beginning. To say I love it just doesn't seem like enough—I am absolutely in love with it!
The kindness and knowledge of the employees made the experience even more special. They were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely shared in my excitement. This was a dream purchase, and I will treasure it for years to come.
